Mullite Insulation Brick
Characteristic:
1 Lower content in iron, alkaline and impurities, good high temperature properties, energy good resistance to reduction atmosphere.
2 Homogeneous structure, light weight, high crushing strength, good insulating properties, energy saving because lower heat storage in the furnace body during cooling-heating cycles.
3 High strength, good volume stability and thermal shock resistance under high temperature.
4 Less size tolerance due to grinding and shaping after sintering, this meets the requirement of construction.
Application: used in metallurgical industry for hot galvanizing furnaces, silicon steel treatment furnace, hot blast stoves and in petrochemicals industry for ethylene cracking furnaces, hydrogen making furnaces, one-stage conversion furnaces, Sulfur recovery devices, and also in other heat engineering equipment such as rolling kilns, shuttle kilns, anti-nit riding and ant carbonizing furnace.
